Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and/or services.
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
- Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Graphic Design:
- Design and produce a wide array of media and materials, including web pages, digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Develop creative content that aligns with the brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Work with various departments to brainstorm and develop creative marketing solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
