  • As a Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our products, services, and brand.
  • Your expertise will be critical in driving lead generation and conversion through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and boost conversion rates.
  • Create engaging and compelling content across various digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence, including planning and executing social media campaigns, monitoring online community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Oversee website management and optimization, collaborating with web developers and designers to ensure a user-friendly experience and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC campaigns, social media ads, display advertising, and remarketing, optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and materials, adhering to the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, target audiences, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Additionally, the Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist will play a crucial role in lead generation and conversion through the booking of appointments and running product demos. Your ability to effectively engage potential customers, demonstrate the value of our products, and secure appointments will be essential in driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, SEO, PPC advertising, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation, appointment booking, and running product demos.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and an understanding of technology products and services is a plus.
