Digital Marketing Executive at Air Peace

Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers. Support in the planning and monitoring of the ongoing company presence on social media, (Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook etc.) launching optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness, assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Support in the preparing of online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing, and for update on the website.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Assist in measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web-Trends etc.).
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Support in maintaining existing partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.).
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web-Trends etc.
  • Awareness creation and route promotion through digital platforms.
  • Monitor competitors online and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Attract more clients for our marketing services digitally which will in turn generate more sales and revenue.
  • Build, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies and manage all digital marketing channels.
  • Manage and improve online content considering SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) and Google Analytics
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Maintain close relationships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Develop & implement a Marketing plan/strategy for the entire Organization and its Brand.
  • Develop, and execute tactical digital media marketing plans and budgets.
  • Enhance product definition and positioning using competitive information, market, and product analysis.
  • Manage social media profiles ensuring the brand, all products, events, and initiatives leverage digital platforms to increase online brand awareness and trial.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE [SKILLS

  • Minimum HND/bacheIor’s degree, MBA, MSC, MA, ML, and/or Professional certifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Communication,
  • Advertising, Publishing, and/or Digital Media. Content creation experience (social media & web).
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Ability to create on-brand designs for digital media and marketing collateral.
  • Expertise in Adode Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw or Canva is compulsory.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords’ email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web-Trends, etc.).
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Content creating programs, and proficiency with technology.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations. Decisiveness and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Dynamic forward thinker that can anticipate industry trends and mastermind innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational departments and functions to achieve strategic goals.
  • Familiarity with modern aviation-related technologies and practices.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management, and proven analytical abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, and present ideas in a user-friendly language.
