Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter).
- Run social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, and special offers.
Website Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and update of the Shopify website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO.
- Track website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
Email Marketing:
- Design and send weekly customer communications and newsletters to promote products, services, and special promotions.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant content.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
Customer Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with customers through engaging and interactive online experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
