Job Summary:

  • We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to develop and implement online marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and consumable products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our products across various online channels.
  • Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage and optimize our website, social media presence, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, or consumable industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management software, and email marketing platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
