Job Description
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of delivery, current status and answering questions.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Other dispatch duties aligned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid motorcycle rider’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or delivery personnel
- Familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to details.
