Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
Job Summary
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferrably in the retail or manaufacturing space.
- Takes full accountability for the day-to-day running of all non-fresh products in our factory outlet.
- Required to lead, coach and develop team members to meet sales targets, cost control and other requirements.
- To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
- A customer centric individual continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers and meeting their varying needs.
