Principal Accountabilities:
- Design and deploy Engineering strategy for processes, packing plants, ancillaries’ equipment, and infrastructure across PZ Wilmar Factory Site.
- Achieve world class standards in Safety, Quality and Environment management.
- Achieve best in class unit cost for electricity, steam, and repair & maintenance.
- Develop and deploy team capability building plan to attain world class status for engineers, technicians, and technical production operators.
- Coordinate all activities with plants and support departments pertaining to engineering services
- Contractors Management
- Managing projects achieving vertical start-up and 85% OEE minimum.
- Deliver 8hrs training per engineers, and production supervisors.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:
- Possess a university degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 10 -15+ years’ work experience in FCMG environment, in which 5years must be in management capacity
- Registered member of Engineering council (COREN)
- Proficiency in the use of Proactive planned maintenance tools (CMMS , SAP-PM etc.)
- Must be computer literate (MS-word, MS-excel, access)
