Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth organization and support in the discharge of the chairman’s itinerary. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing industry while working with a team of professional competence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, both internally and with clients.
- Respond to inquiries, giving detailed information without any ambiguity.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project management.
- Assist in organizing and planning travel itineraries and logistics for both the chairman and team members.
- Collating all departmental reports and sharing them with the chairman.
- Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing the records database.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents
- Liaise with internal departments and a few external partners to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the executive team and the company’s goals.
Qualifications:
- A first degree in any social science discipline, Business administration preferably
- Proven experience as a company secretary, an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, with very similar duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to think on the feet and take initiative to improve efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
