JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external colleagues.
- Managing the CEO calendars and setting up meetings
- Handling correspondence directed to the CEO.
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
- Producing reports and presentations.
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Professional discretion and ability to work with little or no supervision.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent co-operate apparency.
- Proactiveness, Self-motivation, and focus on delivering results
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
- Computer proficiency is required.
