Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome
- Drive the executive with professionalism to & from the office
- Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle and take to the car wash when needed.
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- Recognize electrical and mechanical faults, report injury or damage to the fleet officer
- Report any instance of mishap or accident to the fleet officer
- Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate times, as well as refueling the car(s) and maintaining an organized travel schedule
- Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance, and handover receipts to the fleet officer
- Keep up a travel log to record areas traveled to, travel time, and work hours
- Perform some other undertakings like shopping, dropping and picking clothing, getting lunch, and running errands
- Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle demands
- Dress professionally and in accordance with the company’s dress code.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Interacting with people in professional conduct.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
