Responsibilities

  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disengagement
  • Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan
  • Administer HR policies & procedures and periodic update on employee handbook
  • Assist staff with HR related questions & issues and provide periodic communication on benefits
  • Facilitate L & D plans, projections, budgeting, etc
  • Manage monthly coordination of KPI activities, harmonization of monthly reporting and staff TGIF
