Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disengagement
- Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan
- Administer HR policies & procedures and periodic update on employee handbook
- Assist staff with HR related questions & issues and provide periodic communication on benefits
- Facilitate L & D plans, projections, budgeting, etc
- Manage monthly coordination of KPI activities, harmonization of monthly reporting and staff TGIF
