Facility Management Officer at Revolutionplus Property Development Company Limited

The Position

  • We are looking for a facility management officer to manage our Offices, ensuring that all facilities are functioning properly.

Job Description

  • Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
  • Managing an organization’s property portfolio.
  • Conducts complete detailed inspections of estates and prepares a complete report on each inspection
  • Generate tangible income from sales of properties, lease or rent.
  • Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management or other related fields from a reputable University.
  • A Male will be preferable.
  • Must have had 4 – 7 years of experience working with a facility company as a facility officer.
  • Should reside around Ikeja and its environs
