RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensuring the facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
- Oversee and organise all installations and refurbishment.
- Implement best business practises to oversee and reduce operational costs while ensuring equipment & supplies meet health and safety standards.
- Evaluate utility expenditure & strive to cut cost
- Managing budget
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise
- Drafting maintenance reports
REQUIREMENT
- Must have technical knowledge of A/C and electrical repairs.
- Proficiency in technical operations
- Prior experience as a facility manager or similar positions.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Scheduling maintenance and building repairs
- Exceptional organizational, leadership skill, and analytical/critical thinking skill
