Facility Manager at Balmoral Group

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensuring the facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
  • Oversee and organise all installations and refurbishment.
  • Implement best business practises to oversee and reduce operational costs while ensuring equipment & supplies meet health and safety standards.
  • Evaluate utility expenditure & strive to cut cost
  • Managing budget
  • Dealing with emergencies as they arise
  • Drafting maintenance reports

REQUIREMENT

  • Must have technical knowledge of A/C and electrical repairs.
  • Proficiency in technical operations
  • Prior experience as a facility manager or similar positions.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Scheduling maintenance and building repairs
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership skill, and analytical/critical thinking skill
