The basic responsibilities of the Facility Manager for PrepClass NG include the following;
- Oversees the company’s facilities operations, manages projects and maintains an adequate inventory list.
Job Description
- Coordinate systems/electronic performance and maintenance
- Oversee and manage the office services (ensuring the office is in its expected shape) with the office assistants
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies and procedures as necessary
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the office environment.
- Partner with HR to ensure inventory lists are up to date and note all equipment conditions.
- Manage LIRS (Tax) process
- Ensures adequate supply of all necessary equipment for events when the needs arise
- Plus all other side projects that come up.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination.

- In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
- Time management skills including being able to handle a complex, varied workload.
- Proximity to living in Yaba, Lagos.
Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 / month.
