Facility Manager at Thyaura Partners Concept

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all installations Repairs (Airconditioners, Generator, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors.
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
  • Allocate office space according to needs.
  • Keep financial and non-financial records.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of properties.
  • Oversee property maintenance, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality services.
  • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
