Responsibilities
- Monitor building renovations or refurbishments
- Monitor and supervise all maintenance contractors’ activities
- Carry out daily checks on facilities
- Ensure that the facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
- Fulfill project requirements by monitoring and guiding contractors, engineers, and workers
- Be abreast of current market price of building, construction and all frequently used materials
- Follow-up with the Resident Facility Officers to ensure basic facilities such as power, water, restroom and security are well maintained
- Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems within the facility. e.g., Generator and Air Conditioner
- Ensure regular maintenance of building, offices and facilities
- Ensure timely submission and review of all Resident Facility Officers’ report
- Send daily collated report to the Projects/Facility Manager
- Prepare weekly reports on all equipment and facilities
- Keeping records of reports such as Power Usage from facilities, Diesel Consumption, Incidents, Incidents Resolution etc
- Routine visits to all facility locations to ensure adequate functionality and optimum service to Clients
- Collate and submit a monthly energy consumption (Generator and IKEDC) report
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Maintain fumigation, AC Servicing and Fire Extinguisher Servicing schedule and present a request for same to the administrative department at least 1 week before the due date
- Oversee the security of all assets in the facilities.
