Job Description

• The Facility & IT Operations Associate is the primary point of contact for all facility and ICT related issues at all Workstation locations.
• We are looking for an experienced Facility & IT Operations Associate to oversee all building and ICT-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of our physical and ICT infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe, secure and functioning well.
• The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and ICT equipment while reducing operating costs. We need a person who works well under pressure, responds to all matters with a sense of urgency, and prioritizes issues efficiently.
• The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes.
• The goal is to ensure Workstation’s facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support our business operations in the most cost-efficient manner without sacrificing quality so that our members can work under the best conditions.
