Description
- We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and in good working order.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage facility budgets and expenses, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Address any issues or concerns related to the facility, equipment, or staff performance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety and building codes, as well as experience managing budgets.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary
N65,000 – N70,000 monthly.
