Facility Supervisor at Solid Foundation Estate Limited

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage facility budgets and expenses, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to the facility, equipment, or staff performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and building codes, as well as experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary
N65,000 – N70,000 monthly.
