DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Proactively manage all concerns of the Head office facility timely.
- Ensure all TGI Assets are properly maintained.
- Daily supervision of the cleaning, gardening, plumbing and all general maintenance of TGI Head office.
- Oversee all maintenance and schedule repairs with the engineering department.
- Effectively follow up with all vendors to deliver optimum results on all TGI facility jobs and guest houses.
- Report all unsafe acts or unsafe conditions to the line manager.
- Ensure proper usage of utility materials.
- Minimizing maintenance and repair cost.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- BSc / HND in Administration / Facility Management
- 5 years’ experience in Facility Management field
- Training in Facility management field
- Working knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Management skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Report Writing
- Strong Critical and Analytical thinking
- Ability to work without or less supervision
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communicating clearly both in writing and verbally in order to build strong relationship with users; Administrative skills
- The ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
- Decision making skill.
