Day by day, fashion evolves. From as simple as a dress or jean, to the way its worn and trust me you don’t want to be late in the trends and up- to- date styles everywhere. Fashion makes new statement at every passing hour and what people forget is that you don’t have to be at a certain stage before you can be deemed fashionable. “Fashion is part of the daily air and it changes all the time, with all the approaching of a revolution in clothes. You can see and feel everything in clothes” – Diana Vreeland. Before we go into the unending styles and lifestyles to keep you glued, let’s get educated first.
What is Fashion?
Fashion is a popular style, especially in clothing, footwear, lifestyle, accessories, makeup, hairstyle and body. Fashion is a distinctive and often constant trend in which people present themselves. Fashion didn’t just start now, It can be traced back from the existence of humans. It has just simply evolved with centuries and in style.
It’s not easy to articulate the power of fashion through words, however, it can be shown to you the unconscious power that fashion carries in our everyday lives. For example, Rihanna could dye her hair purple today and in the blink of an eye, everywhere you turn to, you see a high ratio of females with purple hair. Racheal Apfel said “style is a way to say who you are without having to speak”. Who you are needs not to be told but your fashion should be able to speak for you. Oh c’mon don’t be scared. You don’t need to break the bank to look chick and ‘takeaway’, all you need is an eccentric, irregular and unconventional idea while shopping and turning that idea into something unique that describes you when you style yourself.
