Field Sales Executive at New Age Mobile Concepts Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base,
  • developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
  • The role involves regular travel within the assigned territory and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Close new deals with prospective shoppers and turning them into long term customers.
  • Maintain customer data integrity and continually update it and make sure all the data provided are correct.
  • Ensure that all the sales area you cover have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service the outlets daily as per New Age must stock list (MSL)
  • Ensure that outlets under your targeted area meet the NEWAGE ‘Picture of Success’ standard.
  • Adequately distribute the targeted products to your sales area
  • Ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets as per the “New Age Arena and Approved Planogram.”
  • Canvassing throughout the sales area/territory and visit customers on a reoccurring basis.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the mobile accessories industry
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in field sales or related roles is a plus.
