Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement and in-market execution across assigned territories and channels. This role focuses on driving product availability, visibility, and supporting distributor operations to grow sales in outlets such as Open Markets, HoReCa, and institutions..

Key Responsibilities 

Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined sales territory and focus channels such as Open Markets, Bukas, HoReCa, Educational Institutions (with boarding), and other catering institutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive product availability, visibility, and accessibility at point of consumption.
  • Implement all sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory to drive sell-out and product awareness.
  • Ensure effective and timely merchandising at outlets in line with brand and visibility standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on stock levels, sales trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Support distributor operations by executing route-to-market plans and ensuring sales van reps meet daily coverage and sales expectations.
  • Actively participate in  promotional activations, and in-market campaigns to boost sales within designated outlets.
  • Conduct regular trade visits and ensure prompt issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
