Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month
Job Description:
- Research and understand the local real estate market to identify potential clients & generate leads through various sources – cold calling, networking, referrals, and event
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preference and budgets
- Effectively communicate property details, pricing, payment plans and available amenities
- Negotiate with clients to close deals and meeting company sales targets
- Attend industry event, exhibitions, and seminars to expand the network, promote company offerings, and enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently – striving to exceed expectations.
Basic skills requirement:
- Ability to sell
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections
- Strong networking capabilities
