Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month
Job Overview:
- A fast growing Real Estate company is looking to hire an experienced and skilled Finance Manager:
Responsibilities
- Preparation of timely, accurate and complete management reports, including relevant performance measures, analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and provision of relevant monthly reports on progress
- Ensure that proper internal controls are maintained company-wide.
- Make adequate safeguards to manage risk in Finance.
- Ensure the integrity of the company’s accounting software.
- Preparation of other financial reports as may be desirable from time to time.
- Supervision of the Finance Department.
- Management of the company’s budget.
- Cost control and management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all company bank accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years proven experience as a Finance Manager or related roles within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
