Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Analyze financial data and create models to support decision-making
- Prepare financial performance reports for management review
- Identify and drive process improvements with reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Forecasting, reporting, and tracking operational metrics
- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts, recommend actions for optimization
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Banking & Finance
- 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience
- ICAN, ACCA, CFA desirable (Student Members can apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong Power BI skills required
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good business acumen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
