Job Details
- Ensure adherence to Company HACCP plan, GHP and Food safety policy. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and engage relevant departments to ensure compliance with environmental hygiene standard.
- Monitor daily adherence to cleaning and sanitizing procedure
- Ensure adherence to PPE rules
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Food Microbiology with 3-5 years experience.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (GHP, GMP), Must be familiar with ISO 22002 Food Safety Management System
- Knowledgeable in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and have Knowledge of Food Quality/Safety Controls.
- Proximity to Island is key.
