Key Responsibilities
- Ensure visitors are received and manged in an orderly manner.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and renewal of subscriptions.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements & Skills
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to multitask
- Telephone skills
- Must live around Maryland axis.
