Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive.
  • This rolerequires a highly organized, customer-focused professional.
  • The successful candidate will be part of the first point of contact for our clients, colleagues and visitors, while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure visitors are received and manged in an orderly manner.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and renewal of subscriptions.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Telephone skills
  • Must live around Maryland axis.
