Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service experience guests coming into the facility
- Work with the facility manager in ensuring facilities are clean and tidy
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Keep updated records and files
- Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Estate Management or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Female for gender balance.
