Front Desk Officer at GreenKey Facility Management

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience guests coming into the facility
  • Work with the facility manager in ensuring facilities are clean and tidy
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Estate Management or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Female for gender balance.
