Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide accurate information about our services, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must reside within Ikeja and it’s environs
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
