Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately.
- Provide accurate information about our services and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with the team and handle social media pages.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must reside within Ikeja and surroundings.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
