Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Collaborate with the team and handle social media pages.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must reside within Ikeja and surroundings.
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
