Front Desk Officer at Mase Contractors

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Provide accurate information about our services, and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must reside within Ikeja and it’s environs
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
