- Welcome guest at the reception.
- Prepare office calendars, memo and various correspondences.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Receive letters and packages.
- Maintain the reeption area.
- Attend to the Managing Director.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, send emails, file and scan important documents.
