We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our front desk operations, preferably female for gender balance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to clients and visitors.
- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle appointments, schedules and bookings.
- maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide information and answer queries, process payments and handle transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service and administrative experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
