Front Desk Officer at Tenstrings Music Institute

We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our front desk operations, preferably female for gender balance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients and visitors.
  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Handle appointments, schedules and bookings.
  • maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Provide information and answer queries, process payments and handle transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
