Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Shall oversee the activities and inputs of all members of the project team.
  • Shall oversee the activities of all project supervisors attached to our projects and ensure conformity with the company’s standard, work program and cost management.
  • Shall implement quality control team measures and DCP construction policy.
  • The project manager shall conduct routine inspections along with our external project consultant to enforce in strict terms our construction standards and project designs.
  • Shall ensure that the project teams are up to speed with their responsibilities and are coordinating their affairs in a manner that guarantee expected successes as detailed in our construction policy documents and checklist.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly project work schedule in conjunction with all Project Supervisors of assigned projects.
  • Shall be part of the staff recruitment processes for the project team
  • Shall oversee the project planning, preparation and execution.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification
  • Must have held similar position at reputable construction companies or real estate firm for at least 5 years with verifiable projects and recommendations from immediate past employer.
  • Should have specialty on structures and with creative knowledge in finishing.
  • Must have additional engineering qualification (MSC) and COREN & NSE certified
  • Must have worked in reputable consultant company under mentorship and with at least 20 years active experiences

General Manager

Responsibilities
Shall oversee the overall activities of the assigned branch office and this includes the following:

  • Responsible for implementing the business development initiative of the company in line with expected result as dictated by the Managing Director.
  • Oversee the activities sale & marketing team in line with the company’s revenue target.
  • Shall oversee the activities of the project team in collaboration with the company consultants to ensure quality of works and expected deliverables.
  • Shall co-ordinates and oversee the entire administrative structure of the assigned branch office.
  • Shall provide leadership, support, and training where necessary for the staff team.
  • Shall work closely with the Managing Director in discharge his duties.

Qualifications

  • Must have worked in a managerial role for a real estate firm in any of the following capacity; Business development manager, Head of Sale, or General Manager for at least 3-4 years.
  • Candidate should possess minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any of the of the following field: Building Construction / Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management / Administration, or related field.
  • Must have manage the sales & marketing team of his current/previous employer for at least 2years with revenue not below N1billion annually.
  • Experienced in staff management, business development and sale & marketing.
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communications skills in oral & written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
