Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Ghanaian Trainer at Newedge Finance located in Lagos.
  • As a Ghanaian Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for employees, providing guidance and support, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • You will also collaborate with the HR department to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Ghanaian languages
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of training techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
  • Experience in delivering training sessions to a diverse group of employees
  • Ability to assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certification in training and development is a plus
