Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Ghanaian Trainer at Newedge Finance located in Lagos.
- As a Ghanaian Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for employees, providing guidance and support, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- You will also collaborate with the HR department to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Ghanaian languages
- Strong knowledge and understanding of training techniques and methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
- Experience in delivering training sessions to a diverse group of employees
- Ability to assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant certification in training and development is a plus
