President Bola Tinubu on Thursday expressed hope that God would help him fix Nigeria.
Tinubu disclosed this during a thank you visit the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
In his address, Tinubu acknowledged the sincerity and openness of the Awujale and extended his gratitude. He assured everyone that he had begun working diligently from day one.
Tinubu expressed his confidence in divine intervention, stating, “God will fix Nigeria.”
He took the opportunity to express his appreciation to the chiefs present and wished them long lives to witness a prosperous Nigeria.
The Awujale, in response, urged Nigerians to remain patient, as Tinubu would lead the country to a better future.
He offered prayers for Tinubu’s well-being, hoping that God would grant him good health to fulfill his promises.
The Awujale regarded Tinubu’s former adversaries as newfound allies and assured him of unwavering support, stating that the nation was elated to have him as president.
