Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure onboarding for new employees is done as per standard
- Maintain and update employee records on ERP and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support in organizing employee engagement and development activities and other HR related activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling official correspondence, including emails, phone calls and letters.
- Address employee complaints and inquiries or escalate issues to the appropriate personnels or units.
- Support the HR team in coordinating employee training, development programs, and welfare.
- Timely and accurate recording and updating daily attendance on the ERP such as Sick leave, Casual leave etc.
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)
Requirements
- B.Sc., or HND in human resource, business administration or any related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking and smart
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
- Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
