Job Description

We seek highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee (Sales Engineers) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kick-start their career in engineering sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of engineering products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand our product range and services
  • Develop sales strategies to attract new customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide technical support and product presentations to clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in any relevant engineering discipline
  • No more than 3 years of experience
  • Resident in Lagos and willing to undergo a 1-to-3-month training program in Otta, Ogun State
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Ability to use CAD drawing tools will be an advantage.
