Tasks
- During the 2-year program you will be trained on the below mentioned tasks:
- Install, inspect, start-up, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance of the hardware and software.
- Ensure the quality of the activities is carried out as per Company standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs.
- Promotes products, services and other activities to the customers.
- Ensure the required transparency and efficient customer service and support.
- Ensures that client data in CRM is up to date.
- Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.
- Storage and labelling for equipments and supplies.
- Ensuring smooth workflow by following production planning.
- Maintain the safety standards within the workspace.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance.
- Any other related tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automation Engineering.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
- Good communication skills in English and Hausa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in food safety.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and in international engineering teams.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing support to the customer.
- Willingness to travel.
