Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for various marketing materials (print and digital).
- Develop brand identities, logos, and style guides.
- Design layouts for websites, brochures, flyers, and other collateral.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.
Animation:
- Produce high-quality animations for videos, presentations, and interactive content.
- Utilise animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create dynamic and engaging visuals.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop storyboards and concepts.
Digital Assets:
- Create and optimise digital assets (images, graphics, icons) for online platforms.
- Ensure assets meet technical requirements for web and mobile devices.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a graphic design or animation agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
