Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative concepts, layouts, and visual elements for various digital and print materials (e.g., websites, brochures, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, email templates, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and specifications.
- Create and modify logos, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design quality and efficiency continuously.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
