Role

  • As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling designs that align with mDoc’s brand and communication strategies.
  • This role involves designing marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral while working closely with the communications team to develop creative solutions that effectively convey mDoc’s message.
  • You should be skilled at translating complex concepts into engaging visuals and have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and materials.
  • Work on both digital and print projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into your work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency.
  • Provide creative input and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare final designs for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience with digital design, including web and social media graphics, is preferred.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
