- Menu design and adherence to budgeted cost of sales
- Efficient product Mix with at least 10 low cost product below 35 % and Time of Display not beyond 6.45am daily
Requirements
- Ability to prepare and display approved menu (with emphasis on quality, taste & variety) to meet customer satisfaction.
- Proximity to Island is key.
