- Employee engagement & administration.
- HR reporting, HR dashboards & People Analytics.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years experience.
- Human Resource Management
- People sourcing, performance management and engagement process
- HR Legal framework (Labour Act, Pension Reform Act, ECA, ITF, etc)
- Management Information Systems
- Learning and Development
- People Data Analytics
- Facility management/Office Administration
- Strategic Thinker
- Able to foster team work.
