Job Overview

  • Ensure business growth through provision of a fully integrated and effective human resource services.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy formulation & implementation
  • Management of overall human resources & administrative functions
  • Promote implementation & adherence to organizational culture
  • Administer HR policies & procedures in line with overall objectives
  • Performance Management
  • Facilitate L & D plans, projections, budgeting, etc
  • Employee compensation & benefits
  • Employee engagement & administration.
  • HR reporting, HR dashboards & People Analytics.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years experience.
  • Human Resource Management
  • People sourcing, performance management and engagement process
  • HR Legal framework (Labour Act, Pension Reform Act, ECA, ITF, etc)
  • Management Information Systems
  • Learning and Development
  • People Data Analytics
  • Facility management/Office Administration
  • Strategic Thinker
  • Able to foster team work.
