Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Campaign Development:
- Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment with product launches, events, and promotions.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate on creating engaging content for websites, LinkedIn, social media, email newsletters, and other materials.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
Digital Marketing:
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence.
- Create, schedule, and monitor content while engaging with the audience.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics tools to track marketing performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and identify areas for differentiation.
- Develop strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.
Lead Generation:
- Drive efforts that ultimately contribute to lead generation for the Sales team.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
